Whitehall Presbyerian Church is pleased to enthusiastically welcome her ninth installed pastor, Dr. Lloyd Sewdin. Dr. Sewdin was elected by the congregation on February 18, 2007 and will begin his call with our church on April 20, 2007. Dr. Sewdin was an evangelist overseas early in his career. He has attained a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon Conwell, a Master of Theology from Princeton, and a Doctorate from the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He was ordained as a Presbyterian Pastor in 1992. Every church Pastor Lloyd has led has flourished in membership, worship attendance, stewardship and spirituality. He has experience leading both traditional and contemporary worship. His skills include dynamic preaching, enthusiastic and compassionate pastoral care, leadership development skills and administrative skills to name a few. He will be joined here at Whitehall by his wife Barbara, a classically trained musician and talented dramatist and his daughter, Ashley, who will be attending college in the fall. We are eagerly looking forward to where God will lead us under Dr. Sewdin's leadership.
